Daniel Morgan was born and raised in Orlando, FL, and is the youngest of the four Morgan children. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida where he majored in Sports Management with a concentration in Business. He went on to receive his Law Degree from the Stetson College of Law located and is a member of the Florida State Bar.

Although Dan is passionate about sports and entertainment law, he knew he belonged back in Orlando after graduating law school, working at Morgan & Morgan with his family and helping others in their time of need. A successful trial attorney, his numerous verdicts and settlements frequently exceed the $1 million mark.

His focus at the law firm is personal injury. However, he continues to work as both an advisor and attorney for professional athletes and entertainers.
