Jonathan Rabinowitz serves as the Managing Partner for the firm’s five Kentucky offices, two Indiana offices and its West Virginia office. In addition to his duties as Managing Partner, he devotes a substantial portion of his practice to catastrophic personal injury cases, wrongful death claims, complex litigation and complex governmental actions. Jonathan has been honored with the prestigious “AV Rating” by Martindale Hubbell. The rating is based upon evaluations by other lawyers and is the highest ranking attainable for an attorney for ability and ethics in the practice of law.

In April of 2020 Jonathan was appointed by Governor Beshear as Chairman of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission. He was also named the Chair of the Kentucky Horsemen Race Date Committee. Prior to that time Jonathan was appointed to Governor Beshear’s Transition Team for the Public Protection Cabinet.
